- Min 5 years proven experience as HR Manager role
- Experience in IT Consulting or Technology industry (MUST have experience)
- Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Excellent in English is a must
