Resourcing

Resourcing is the attainment of IT resources demands for a particular scope of IT projects, with charging based on a monthly, day, or hour rate. Orang-IT.id will conduct candidate hunting, preliminary screening, arrange all recruitment process agendas until candidate placement on the first day of work. We will also provide a guarantee on condition that the resources provided cannot meet performance expectations, and the client requests a replacement of resources, we will replace them with replacement costs, and handovers will not be billed until the duration stated on the given contract.

 

Resourcing provides an opportunity for clients to manage the portion of internal and external resources so that operational costs can be more controlled. Clients do not have to worry about IT resources' performance that does not match the expectation because we will work on it. This IT resourcing will help the company's internal recruitment team find the right IT talents along with the recruitment process adjusted to internal policies. We are fully responsible for monitoring performance and conducting client satisfaction surveys on the performance of assigned resources.
